WHAT TO EXPECT

BEFORE YOUR VISIT
After scheduling your initial visits with Hometown Chiropractic Center, you will receive a text message with information regarding your first visit. We ask that you follow the instructions given about the INSiGHT scans to the best of your ability so that we are given the best read about how your body is functioning.

YOUR FIRST VISIT
Your first visit is your opportunity for us to listen to your story. Knowing every detail will allow us to best tailor chiropractic care to your individual health needs and goals. Upon arrival, paperwork will be given to you to fill out. Once complete, one of our office staff will complete the three INSiGHT Neurospinal scans. The doctor will then review your paperwork with you and perform a detailed assessment. Please allot the appropriate time needed, as this appointment will take about 45 minutes to an hour to complete. Our office understands that special accommodations may need to be made to serve you and your family. If that is the case, we ask that you let us know prior to your first visit.

YOUR SECOND VISIT
When you return to our office for your second visit, the doctor has had time to review your Neurospinal scan, possible x-rays and has created a care plan specific to your health needs. During this appointment, the doctor will present everything from your initial examination to you and make sure you have all the information you need to make your own care decisions. A care plan and additional recommendations will also be presented, and we will be there to guide and advise you every step of the way. Please note that this appointment will take approximately 30 minutes.
